Mastermind

Vision

Our vision is to create productive, interactive groups of business people who are encouraged and enriched by participating in the Mastermind Group process. This program allows us to grow our businesses as we grow in our understanding of ourselves and how we do business. We will work together to be sure every member benefits through the combined intelligence, experience and contributions of the people participating. Our combined energy is a powerful tool for problem solving and creativity.

Purpose

The purpose of our Mastermind program is to

  • promote problem-solving and creativity among group members.
  • provide a safe, constructive environment in which members can examine their business activities. decisions, goals and problems.
  • function as a "Board of Directors" for each other.

Member Commitment

Each Mastermind group member will be asked to sign a Mastermind Commitment Contract upon joining a group. That commitment is as follows:

I agree to attend MasterMind at least 70% over the next six months in order create the synergy among its members so all members can experience the value MasterMind has to offer. I understand when my attendance is sporadic, my group is unable to securely bond so that the members can openly discuss their challenges, successes and opportunities.

The profession that I represent is vital to my group and has much to offer to my fellow members. I therefore commit to openly and honestly discuss others agenda items and to give them my best attention and professional advice.

Active Groups

Women Business Owners of Denton County currently has three active Mastermind Groups. Each group chooses their own meeting time, place, frequency and format. For more information about each group, please follow the links below:
