President
Kathy Haenszel, owner of AIA Insurance Agency, Inc., has been a member of the WBODC Board of Directors since 200?. As president, she presides over the meetings of all of the Directors and ensures that Board orders and resolutions are carried out.

Secretary
Shannon Weiss, owner of Denton Concierge Services, is the current Secretary. She is responsible for recording all minutes of every meeting and all votes that take place during meetings.

Treasurer
Kim Pollard, owner and web administrator of Bookkeeper Girl, Inc., currently serves as Treasurer. She is in charge of anything and everything involving finances for WBODC, including managing organization funds, disbursing funds, and keeping all records of cash flow.

Membership
We currently do not have a Membership Chair. As we constantly strive to grow and bring in more successful woman business owners, it is the Membership Chair’s job to bring them into the fold and help them with any questions they may have.

Facilities
Sharon Mikkelson, co-owner of Dwight Mikkelson Allstate Agency, is in charge of securing facilities for our monthly luncheons and activities.

Mastermind
We currently do not have a Mastermind Chair. Mastermind Chair is in charge of educating members about the mastermind opportunities, as well as help setup and advise mastermind groups.

Public Relations
Louellen S. Coker, owner of Content Solutions, serves as our interim Public Relations chairperson. We are always looking for people to spread the news about our organization and events. Please review the Public Relations Duties if you think this committee is right for you.
Programs
Mardi Allen, owner of Allen Coaching and Training, schedules all of our great speakers, workshops, and activities and virtually does everything she can to keep WBODC exciting, educational, and enjoyable for all.
