Responsibilities
The President presides over all meetings of all directors, and her primary responsibility is to ensure that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Directors are carried out. The President is also solely responsible for executing bonds, mortgages, and other documents that require the WBODC corporate seal.
- Facilitate monthly luncheons and Board meetings
- Prepare agenda for monthly Board meetings
- Make sure minutes and financial statements are available for Board meetings
- Help handle any problems/answer any questions officers or committee chairs need help with
- Help with suggestions for future officers and Board members
Goals
To strive to carry out all orders and resolutions of the Board of Directors in accordance with the bylaws and to submit a report of the operations of the organization for the year to the Board of Directors at their annual meeting.
